By creating an account or using FreightPrice AI ("the Service"), you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Lites Logistics LLC, Wyoming, EE.UU., es la entidad que opera, factura y provee FreightPrice AI. Todos los pagos y contratos se rigen bajo esta razón social.
Lites Logistics LLC, Wyoming, USA, is the entity that operates, invoices, and provides FreightPrice AI. All payments and contracts are governed under this legal entity.
FreightPrice AI es un software como servicio (SaaS) para agentes y empresas de freight forwarding, que permite gestionar tarifas de compra, generar cotizaciones de venta, administrar clientes y proveedores, y recibir sugerencias de precio asistidas por inteligencia artificial.
FreightPrice AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product for freight forwarders and logistics companies, enabling buy-rate management, sell-side quote generation, client/provider management, and AI-assisted pricing suggestions.
Debes proporcionar información veraz al registrarte y eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu contraseña y de toda actividad realizada bajo tu cuenta. El Servicio está dirigido a empresas y profesionales (uso B2B), no a consumidores finales.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for businesses and professionals (B2B use), not end consumers.
El Servicio se ofrece bajo planes de suscripción (Starter, Growth, Pro) con un periodo de prueba gratuito inicial. Los pagos se procesan de forma segura a través de Stripe; FreightPrice AI no almacena los datos completos de tu tarjeta. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo cancelación antes del siguiente ciclo de facturación.
The Service is offered under subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) with an initial free trial period. Payments are securely processed via Stripe; FreightPrice AI does not store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
No debes usar el Servicio para actividades ilegales, para cargar datos de terceros sin autorización, para intentar vulnerar la seguridad de la plataforma, ni para revender el Servicio sin un acuerdo comercial explícito con Lites Logistics LLC.
You must not use the Service for unlawful activities, upload third-party data without authorization, attempt to breach platform security, or resell the Service without an explicit commercial agreement with Lites Logistics LLC. This includes no reverse engineering, no abusive scraping/automation, and no unlawful or infringing content.
El Servicio utiliza modelos de IA de terceros (Anthropic Claude) para generar sugerencias de precio, márgenes y redacción de cotizaciones a partir de la información que ingresas. Estas sugerencias son un apoyo de referencia, no una garantía ni un consejo financiero o comercial vinculante; la decisión final y la responsabilidad sobre cada cotización enviada a un cliente son exclusivamente tuyas.
The Service uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate pricing, margin and quote-drafting suggestions from the information you enter. These suggestions are a reference aid only, not a guarantee or binding financial/commercial advice; the final decision and responsibility for any quote sent to a client remain solely yours.
El algoritmo de cotización, la lógica de negocio, el diseño, el código fuente y las interfaces de FreightPrice AI son propiedad exclusiva de Lites Logistics LLC. Tus datos de negocio (clientes, tarifas, cotizaciones) siguen siendo de tu propiedad; nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesarlos únicamente con el fin de prestarte el Servicio.
The quotation algorithm, business logic, design, source code and interfaces of FreightPrice AI are the exclusive property of Lites Logistics LLC. Your business data (clients, rates, quotes) remains your property; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
Nos esforzamos por mantener el Servicio disponible de forma continua, pero no garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida. Podemos realizar mantenimientos programados o no programados que causen interrupciones temporales.
We strive to keep the Service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance causing temporary interruptions.
Lites Logistics LLC no es responsable por pérdidas comerciales, cotizaciones erróneas, tarifas desactualizadas ingresadas por el usuario, ni por decisiones comerciales tomadas con base en las cotizaciones generadas en la plataforma. El Servicio se provee "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley.
Lites Logistics LLC is not liable for business losses, erroneous quotes, outdated rates entered by the user, or commercial decisions based on quotes generated on the platform. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde la sección de configuración de la cuenta. Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar cuentas que incumplan estos Términos, con notificación previa cuando sea razonablemente posible.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings section. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. Los cambios sustanciales se notificarán dentro de la plataforma y requerirán tu aceptación explícita para continuar usando el Servicio (ver versión arriba).
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified within the platform and will require your explicit acceptance to continue using the Service (see version above).
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Wyoming, EE.UU. Para clientes mexicanos, aplica adicionalmente el Código de Comercio de México en lo no previsto por la ley de Wyoming. Cualquier controversia se resolverá en los tribunales competentes de Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, o de Wyoming, EE.UU., según corresponda a la parte demandada.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. For Mexican clients, Mexico's Commercial Code additionally applies where not covered by Wyoming law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, or Wyoming, USA, as applicable to the defending party.
